At Max's Protein, we want you to feel as good as you look in our performance apparel. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
